Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Amanda Bynes was spotted out and about in Los Angeles and she seemed to be doing well after years of personal meltdown as well as legal troubles.

The 29-year-old former child star was spotted walking with a Starbucks iced tea while smoking a cigarette as she was strolling in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Bynes was seen wearing a long, white sleeveless top and paired it with a pair of striped black Adidas leggings. She topped off her look with sneakers and sunglasses. Her bleached blond hair is noticeable as she has been sporting the ‘do for about a year now.

Bynes was last photographed in pubic last December. Accordingly, a source claimed that the former actress is doing well with her studies at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising ( FIDM ) in Irvine, California. She enrolled in the institute back in 2014 after getting out of rehab.

The source shared, "She keeps to herself, but she seems really healthy and focused on her schooling. She seems like she's in a much better place and she looks great. No one really treats her any differently because she's Amanda Bynes. You can tell she really just wants to be a normal student. Everyone at FIDM is really chill and respects her and her space."

It could be remembered that despite being enrolled at FIDM , she still faced troubles in the early months of being a student. After her mother was granted conservatorship over the actress in 2014, she was arrested for a DUI. Less than two weeks after that incident, she was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold. She spent less than a month in the facility and she tweeted that she was diagnosed as bipolar and manic depressive. She returned to FIDM in 2015.

After returning to FIDM and not being involved in any trouble, her attorney said in a statement, "We are all so proud of her and can't wait to see her amazing designs on the runway someday."

She has also been quiet on her social media accounts as there are no tweets or posts from her.
