Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Amber Rose is rumored to be part of the contestants for “Dancing With The Stars” Season 23, but neither her or ABC have confirmed the reports.
Rose has been showing off her dance moves in some videos via her social networking sites so many are excited to see if she will be able to compete well on “Dancing With The Stars” season 23. Although ABC and Rose have not confirmed the reports, many other sources claim that the 32-year-old “The Amber Rose Show” host hitting the ballroom is true. The full line-up for the stars joining “Dancing With The Stars” Season 23 is set to be revealed this August 30 on “Good Morning America.”
The full line-up is yet to be released but it is known for a fact that “Bachelorette” star JoJo Fletcher wil be one of the contestants and will fight for the Mirrorball trophy against “Fosters” star Jake T. Austin and “General Hospital” star Emma Samms .
Initially, “Dancing With The Stars” Season 23 wanted to cast Olympic golden girl Simone Biles but she said that she has a lot on her plate as of the moment and her scheduling simply will not permit her to join the show, practice for the show, and win the show. She is using this season for her gymnastics tour obligations.
Biles said in a statement, "I would love to do Dancing with the Stars, but so far we have a three month tour after this Olympics. I’m not sure if I’ll have time." The 19-year-old gymnast also said that she would love to do “Dancing With The Stars” in the spring. She recently won four gold medals and a bronze in the recently-concluded Rio Olympics.
Swimmer Michael Phelps was also asked to join “Dancing With The Stars” Season 23 but he would like to remain to be known as a swimmer and not a dancer. This was the second time that Phelps was asked to be part of “Dancing With The Stars.”
“Dancing With The Stars” Season 23 is set to premiere this September 12 at 8 P.M. on ABC.
