Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Bruno Mars and Adele co-wrote the song “All I Ask” for the new album of Adele called 25 but before coming up with the song, the “Grenade” singer felt that the “Rolling In The Deep” songstress was a diva.

Mars and Adele wrote “All I Ask” alongside Philip Lawrence and Christopher Brody Brown and during their first meeting, Mars shared, "She walks into the studio and she's got all this attitude. She's a diva. She's like, 'I don't want to do this. I don't like that.' Then, as soon as we hit a couple chords that she liked, we started rolling—and that's where we got that song from." Mars was interviewed by KTU 103.5 for the show “Cubby & Carolina Bermudez in the Morning.”

Despite feeling like Adele was a diva at first, the first impression never lasted because he commended the mother-of-one for being incredible. He recalled that there was this one time when Adele was singing in the booth and he was not exaggerating at all but the water vibrated. He added that he thinks Adele is a superstar.

Twenty-eight-year-old Mars then talked about performing “All I Ask” with Adele. He joked, "I don't know what she's waiting on, man. I'm like, 'Come on, Adele!' Like, send an email. Let me know!"

As for the making of “All I Ask,” Mars shared with Vogue that the song was inspired by the divas from the 90s as they showed off their vocal range and that was what they wanted to do with Adele. He continued to reveal that it took one day to record Adele’s vocals for “All I Ask” then they had to make sure the next day that they really had a song. He said that he was very jealous because the process was so quick and that does not happen all the time when one comes up with a song and records it.

Mars was not the only one who had fun during the making of “All I Ask” because Adele also shared i-D last year that she had a good time working with the “Just The Way You Are” singer.

The “It Will Rain” singer also said that he wants to work with Beyonce and Rihanna. Britney Spears recently expressed that she wanted to work with Mars and when he got wind of this, he said, "Really? Right on, Britney. Come on, Britney! Come on down to the studio. Let's get it. Britney's an icon. I'd love to get in the studio with Britney one day."
