Denver, CO, United States (4E) – Caitlyn Jenner is showing her support for GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump as the reality star said that she thinks the real estate mogul is very much for women as well as the LGBT community.

The former Olympian spoke to a local Colorado medical publication called STAT this week and she shared her thoughts on Trump specifically about the LGBT issues. She shared that a lot of people think that Democrats are better with handling the issue but argued that Trump is “very much behind the LGBT community” as well as for women because of what happened in North Carolina regarding the controversial transgender bathroom bill.

It could be remembered that Trump went on an interview months ago saying that Jenner could visit any Trump Hotel and use the bathroom in which he is most comfortable in. The North Carolina transgender bathroom bill requires students to use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender on their birth certificate.

Trump also said during that time that the state should just leave it the way it is but a day after, he changed direction on the matter saying that it is up to an individual state to decide on such laws without the involvement of the federal government. The government has threatened North Carolina to cut off federal funding to public schools if they do not follow the guidelines issued by the Obama administration, which is to let transgender students use the bathrooms and locker rooms of their choice.

The 66-year-old added, "But in Trump's case, there's a lot more unknowns. With Hillary [Clinton], you pretty much know what you're gonna get with the LGBT community." Jenner did say that the policies of Clinton over the LGBT community are more predictable but was adamant that she would never vote for the Democratic presidential candidate. In one of the episodes of her docu-series “I Am Cait ,” Jenenr said that if Clinton becomes president, the country is over.

In another episode, Jenner also said that Trump will have a hard time with women voters but that does not mean the GOP presumptive nominee will not be good for women’s issues.
