Justin Timberlake talks fatherhood, son Silas, wife Jessica Biel

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel welcomed their first baby together and he recently shared that he is humbled by parenthood and that fatherhood changed him.

Timberlake has been promoting his new concert film called “Justin Timberlake + the Tennessee Kids” and in an interview on “Today,” he talked about having a growing baby boy at home as well as his married to Biel.

Timberlake was asked by the host of the show, Willie Geist , regarding the fame he has had for years now and his life being in the spotlight. Timberlake revealed that he regularly pauses to breathe everything in adding, "While it's happening—now more so than ever while it's actually happening…the moment and all of this imperfection is the best part. That's going to be the part you remember the most."

As for being a father to one-year-old Silas, he said that there are a lot of imperfections on his part as he figures out how to raise his baby boy. He noted that he literally wakes up and looks into the mirror to say that he has no idea what he is doing. Silas also reportedly affected the new hit song of Timberlake entitled “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”

He noted of the song that he never wrote anything like it and he does not know it if was directly inspired to be something that his son could listen to in a few years because there are still so many songs of his that his son has not heard yet.

As for being married and being a co-parent with Biel, he said that it is humbling and he is very appreciative of her being his life partner. He noted that whenever he watches Biel, he realized that she has a gear she did not have in the past but now that she is a mother, it came out. Having a child also taught him a lot said Timberlake as he has a new appreciation of things.

Timberlake is also very busy with the new animated feature called “Trolls.” He voices one of the main characters on the show.
