Coachella Valley, CA, United States (4E) – Kesha has attended Coachella Music Festival and she performed with Zedd shocking her fans and the crowd in general.
The songstress was not granted her request to have her contract with Dr. Luke be nullified and be able to produce music outside Sony and her contract.
According to reports, before Coachella Music Festival ended, Kesha made an appearance on stage with Zedd as they performed the DJ’s hit song “True Colors.” In the videos posted on social media after her performance, the crowd seemed to be more than excited to see her on stage.
Also, despite Kesha not directly releasing statements to the crowd, the lyrics to the song she performed did all the talking. She sang, "I won't apologize for the fire in my eyes. Let me show you my true colors."
Hours before the big performance, Kesha got fans buzzing when she posted pictures from what appeared to be her boarding a private plane. She wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her colorful hairstyle: "Tonight has a magic to it. Here we come. 4 hours and counting…somewhere over America…eek!!!!"
Zedd , on the other hand, tweeted: "COACHELLA. Saturday. 9:30 pm. Don't miss this. I have something big planned. Be there or stream it."
Zedd was actually one of the many artists who showed support for Kesha amid her legal battle with her music producer. He tweeted back then that he is very sorry to hear about the songstress’ situation noting that he will be happy to produce a song for her if she wants his help.
Aside from Kesha , Kanye West also made a special appearance during A$AP Rocky’s set. They performed “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1,” which is a single from West’s album “The Life of Pablo.” Disclosure also brought out Lorde and Sam Smith during his number.
