Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Lip Kits reportedly received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau due to customers’ complaints and the 18-year-old reality star broke her silence about her "bashers and haters".
The low rating was made public on Tuesday but eventually, the rating changed to a C then to a B-. The Better Business Bureau then stated on Wednesday that Kylie Cosmetics currently has no rating adding that it previously had an F rating because of unresolved complaints and other complaints related to the delivery of the products. The Better Business Bureau noted that Jenner’s company is working with them to resolve the complaints so that a new rating will be issued after.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star then took to her website to talk about the rating and other people hating on her business. She shared, "You guys are the reason I keep going and I'm motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I'm continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I'm excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating."
She added on her post that she has sold millions of her lop kits and that the complaint that she has received as of late is about the product not arriving in a timely manner.
She continued that she is sick and tired of people coming for her business. She noted that she loves everything about Kylie’s Cosmetics and she will do anything in her power to protect her business and improve it every day so as to make her consumers and her fans happy.
Jenner ended her statement saying, “I don't want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn't receive the service they deserve.”
According to the Better Business Bureau, there is a total of 134 closed complaints. 70 of these complaints are related to delivery issues, 55 are related to problems with the product and/or the service, while the other were related to advertising, billing, and sales.
