New York City, NY, United States (4E) – Director Michael Moore just announced that he has a surprise documentary about Donald Trump entitled “Michael Moore in TrumpLand.”
Moore is best known for his documentaries such as “Bowling for Columbine” and “Fahrenheit 9/11.” Accordingly, the new documentary “Michael Moore in TrumpLand” was originally planned to be performed at the Midland Theater in Newark, Ohio. However, there was a conflict between Moore and the management of the theater as they deemed the supposed one-man play controversial. He then took to Twitter to say, “Hey NYC- Who wants a peek @ what I've been up 2? Tues, 9: 30pm , IFC Center. TIx free, 1st come, b.o. opens 8:30pm.” Along with the tweet was a photo of an editing room and in the screen, Ivanka and her brothers were seen.
A free screening of “Michael Moore in TrumpLand” was done on Tuesday evening at IFC Center in New York. The film will be hitting theaters in New York’s IFC Center and in Los Angeles’ Laemmle Town Center 5 in Encino for a week beginning October 19. It will also be available for purchase on iTunes.
The film is said to be a one-man show. Moore is known to be an outspoken opponent of the GOP nominee. It is possible that the film will be a criticism against Trump as the synopsis says, "See the film Ohio Republicans tried to shut down. Oscar-winner Michael Moore dives right into hostile territory with his daring and hilarious one-man show, deep in the heart of TrumpLand in the weeks before the 2016 election."
Trump has not yet commented on the matter.
