Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Ryan Gosling has opened up about his private life during his appearance on “Good Morning America” and he shared about his partner Eva Mendes and their two daughters.
Gosling appeared on the ABC morning show to promote his new film “The Nice Guys.” He stars alongside actor Russell Crowe. The host of the morning show, Amy Robach , asked Gosling about Mendes, their two-week-old daughter Amada and their 20-month-old daughter Esmeralda.
Robach said, “I understand the girl-to-boy ratio in your house is now 3-to-1. How’s that going?” Gosling then answered, "It's heaven. It's like walking through a field of flowers every day. I live with angels."
In the movie “The Nice Guys,” Gosling plays the role of a father. He stars as private detective Holland March. His daughter in the movie is Angourie Rice and she plays the role of Holly March. Gosling had nothing but high praises for Rice saying that she is incredible even if it is one of her first films.
Aside from going on “Good Morning America,” he also appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Mendes and Gosling have never confirmed the reports that they were having another baby in the past until now. When DeGeneres asked him if it is true that the actor is a dad for the second time around, he acknowledged that he is.
According to reports, Amada was born on April 29 in Santa Monica, California. Amada is said to be the name of Mendes’ grandmother and it means beloved in Spanish.
In another interview on USA TODAY, Gosling talked about privacy. He shared, "For us, especially with kids, unfortunately privacy isn't something that they're going to have a lot of. So as much as you can give it to them you feel like that's what you want to do, you know? It's the nature of being a parent. You're protective."
“The Nice Guys” will be out in theaters this Friday.
