New York City, NY, United States (4E) – Grace VanderWaal won the recently concluded “America’s Got Talent” Season 11 and she talked about what she would wo with her $1 million prize money as well as being compared to “Shake It Off” singer, Taylor Swift.

The 12-year-old impressed the judges of “America’s Got Talent” when she sang an original song during her audition last June. One of the judges, Heidi Klum, said during that time that the song of VanderWaal , entitled “I Don’t Know My Name,” is not a little girl song and the singer herself does not present herself like a little girl. Klum praised VanderWaal for being pure.

In an interview with Us Weekly, VanderWaal shared of being compared to Swift, “Honestly, a lot — all celebrities have flack and stuff around them, but what it all comes down to is that they’re all amazing musicians that all write amazing songs. To even have someone think about comparing me to someone like that is just truly a blessing.”

Mel B, also a judge on the show, said that VanderWaal is unique, young, and has a great talent in writing songs so she believes that the “America’s Got Talent” Season 11 winner will have a bright future ahead of her.

As for what she will do with her $1 million prize, she will be giving some of her money to a music charity and will get a treehouse . She said that she wants to go on the show “Treehouse Masters” to achieve her dream.

“Treehouse Masters” host, Pete Nelson, took to Twitter to congratulate VanderWaal and said that he is thrilled she mentioned she wants to have a treehouse built. He added, "I mean, seriously? Because we could do that! We could be at your house tomorrow – bridges, ziplines , the whole thing. Really, this is so fun, so exciting! Congratulations, and call me!"
