Anne Hathaway says tweet was an unintended IG post at the Kardashians, deletes photo and apologizes

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – “Princess Diaries” star Anne Hathaway apologized and deleted a photo that dissed the Kardashian clan on Instagram after she received backlash from the snap.
Hathaway posted a photo of Helena Bonham Carter on her Instagram page on May 23 and it bore the words “In a world of Kardashians…be a Helena Bonham Carter.” The 33-year-old then received a slew of negative comments and she replaced the post with another photo that reads “Post removed for unintended shade thrown.” She captioned the photo with the statement that says: “It never occurred to me that I was pitting anyone against each other. Not my style. Peace x.”
The actress continued to say that she did not mean to throw any shade against the Kardashians as she only wanted to talk about how cool Carter is.
She did not post any other photos related to the incident as she continued with her day. She posted a photo of herself about to attend the Hollywood premiere of her latest Walt Disney Film “Alice Through The Looking Glass.” Hathaway also posted snaps of her as she will be on an episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
In her latest snap on Instagram , she posted a photo of her showing off a onesie with the words “Beyhive Boy.” The caption reads: “Thank you # ellendegeneres for officially making JRS a part of the Beyhive !! And for your kindness to me, always xx @theellenshow.” JRS is her little bundle of joy, Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman .
In a recent interview at the premiere of the movie, Hathaway gushed about her son saying that the biggest change in her life after becoming a mother was that she no longer sweats the small things. She added that her son is at home, he is fed, and he is happy so there is nothing else she is worried as of the moment.
The Kardashians have not commented on the deleted post of Hathaway.
