Beverly Hills, CA, United States (4E) – Anne Hathaway is enjoying motherhood as she talked about it during an interview when she was promoting her new flick “Alice Through the Looking Glass.”
Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman welcomed their firstborn Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman to the world last March 24. While promoting her new Walt Disney Pictures movie at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, she shared that she has not been sleeping well in the past two months.
She shared, "Honestly, I haven't slept in eight weeks. I have no idea what I'm saying. This is probably going to go down as not the most normal interview on E! News."
In another interview, she also talked about having her pre-pregnancy figure back. The 33-year-olc actress revealed that she is a big fan of compression garments.
More on the movie, Hathaway reprises her role as the White Queen, who is also known as Mirana of Marmoreal. She first appeared on the 2010 movie “Alice in Wonderland.”
In the new movie, Alice Kingsleigh will be traveling back to Underland and discovers that the Mad Hatter, played by Johnny Depp, is a shell of his former self. Alice, played by Mia Wasikowska , then tried to rewrite his history as she steals a time device called the Chronosphere .
When asked about having the ability to go back in time, Hathaway shared, "One of the things that I love about the movie is you can't change the past. I think that it's kind of easy to fixate on the past and what you could have done differently—the coulda , woulda , shouldas —and that just doesn't really help you. The point of going through things—well, in many instances—is to fail upwards."
On a lighter note, she said that one thing she would not do if given the chance to go back in time is to never pluck her eyebrows. She said that it used to look so great but she has made it so thin and it took her forever to have them grow back.
“Alice Through the Looking Glass” is out in theaters this Friday.
