Blake Shelton celebrates 40th birthday, he and girlfriend Gwen Stefani kiss on stage during Colorado concert

Grand Junction, CO, United States (4E) – Blake Shelton is now 40 years old and he celebrated his birthday with his girlfriend Gwen Stefani and also kissed her on stage during his Colorado concert during the Country Jam 2016 festival in Grand Junction.
According to reports, Stefani just finished performing her hit song “Hella Good” then gave Shelton a shout-out on the mic . She then grabbed the former husband of Miranda Lambert for a lip lock as fans cheered for them. Stefani joined Shelton at his concert last June 18.
Shelton was surprised with what happened as he addressed the crowd saying, “What just happened?! I don’t know how I’m going to follow that.” The “Hella Good” performance of Stefani came after she and Shelton sang their duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” on stage.
After the concert, Shelton took to Twitter to post a series of Tweets. In one tweet, he said that he witnessed the coolest thing of his life and thanked Colorado as well as Stefani.
The 46-year-old mom-of-three also made sure that Shelton had a great birthday celebration. She posted a number of photos on Snapchat documenting the birthday of her “favorite person.” She, Shelton, and some friends celebrated his birthday while on their private jet to Colorado. The jet was decorated with colorful things and she also posted photos of the cake as well as the wine glasses that were hand-painted with the outfits that she and Shelton wore during the Oscar awards night.
Reports say that they celebrated the birthday of Shelton with a cake when they touched down in Colorado. It seems that there were two cakes as one was shaped like a guitar and the other was a rectangle.
As for his birthday wish, Shelton told the Country Jam crowd the following, "This is fun! Y'all have been so freakin ' nice to me on my 40th birthday and I guess if I had one birthday wish for me personally…I wish I could rock. I wish I was one of those type of artists that could rock but I can't. For my birthday I wish I could hear an artist who could rock. That's my birthday wish."
