Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift are over after 15 months of dating, sources say he was bored

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift have dated for 15 months but the two have reportedly called it quits as sources claimed that he was bored with their relationship before he called things off.
The spark has reportedly fizzled out long before Harris decided to dump Swift as reports claim that he felt they were no longer lovers and more of friends in the recent months. He also reportedly called it quits with the “Shake It Off” singer even before the car crash that led him to cancel some of his appearances.
A source close to the 32-year-old DJ said in a statement, “[Calvin] started to lose interest over the past few months, but really tried to not just break up. They were just not very compatible in different areas in their relationship.”
The two seemed to have made things work out between them despite their busy schedules as she has been touring for her 1989 album. They have also been documenting their dates and their post-anniversary tropical getaway on their social media accounts so the break-up has come as a shock for the Swift and Harris shippers.
Another insider also said, “Adam has been bored for a while and was hoping the spark would come back but it hasn’t. Friends were even surprised it lasted this long because of the lack of chemistry.”
Sources are also saying that there was no cheating involved and did not influence the break-up. A source shared, “There were no other women involved with Adam. He did not cheat on her at all. Just not a good match.”
Another reason that insiders are claiming, which led to the break-up, is the fact that Swift was pushing Harris to walk down the aisle but he was not ready for that kind of commitment. Swift is said to be very upset as she felt like Harris never took their relationship seriously. Swift also reportedly felt that the relationship was not progressing the way she wanted it to.
The split comes weeks after the May 20 sighting of the two. They were seen embracing in public and everything looked fine back then. The two are said to be still in contact. They are yet to comment on the matter publicly.
