Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – David Foster and Yolanda Hadid decided to end their marriage months ago and he recently talked about how he is doing regarding being single.
Foster, a music producer, and the former model were married for four years. Foster was interviewed by Vanity Fair and he revealed, "I tend to go from marriage to marriage—leaving one wife for another. This is the first time in my adult life that I've been single. It's a very powerful feeling, but I'm not used to it." He also shared that someone talked to him recently noting that Foster should be very careful about the person he will be picking next to spend the rest of his life with and he realized that that person is right.
The 67-year-old was also recently linked to supermodel Christie Brinkley. They were spotted together in December but he did not touch on the subject when he was interviewed by Vanity Fair. In the past, Foster was married to B.J. Cook, Rebecca Dyer, and Linda Thompson.
In a December 2015 joint announcement from Hadid and Foster, the two said, "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We’ve shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
Hadid shared in an interview last March 2016 that her Lyme disease was a contributing factor to the separation. She said that the patient suffers from the disease but the caretakers suffer as well. Hadid was diagnosed with the disease in 2012.
Yolanda and Foster were introduced by her ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid .
