Drake says he and Rihanna are friends on interview with Ellen DeGeneres

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Drake and Rihanna are still not spilling the beans on the real status of their relationship but he recently appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and said that they are just friends.
Drake stopped by the show earlier this week after he hosted “Saturday Night Live.” During his opening monologue , he actually tried to copy Rihanna and sang “Work” but he changed it with his own lyrics. While singing, he again addressed that he and Rihanna are just friends and that there is nothing more to it.
During his appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” DeGeneres said, "You and Rihanna are friends, and I know that. Just friends, only friends.” Drake responded yes but a photo of Rihanna grinding on him appeared and Drae said, “That's friendship at its finest right there.”
DeGeneres joked that she and her friends also twerk at each other. She said, “I was with a friend of mine last week and we were like, ‘Let’s do this!'” Drake seemed embarrassed as he covered his face with his hands while DeGeneres talked to him about the matter.
The two have been rumored to be dating again after they have collaborated on a few tracks and she keeps having him as her surprise guest for her “ANTI” world tour.
Reports have been swirling claiming that Rihanna and Drake have been together since for a year now. An insider said, “They have been keeping it a secret because, this time around, they want to do it right and keep their relationship private.”
In an interview last April, Drake said that she and Rihanna do well together as a team and that they do great music together. He said that he thinks the chemistry makes the record better as there is something genuine between the two of them.
Although there have been reports that she and Drake are dating, Rihanna has been constantly linked to Leonardo DiCaprio in the recent weeks.
Rihanna is yet to comment.
