Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi are not exchanging Valentine’s Day Gifts when the TV show host was asked about it during her red carpet interview at the 2016 Saint Laurent event.

The two will be spending the romantic holiday at music executive Jimmy Iovine and Liberty Ross’ wedding. When asked about exchanging gifts, DeGeneres shared, "We do so many presents all the time. We don't even give each other presents for Christmas or birthdays anymore. We have everything. Love and respect—that is all we need."

As for their relationship, they do not need to make it work anymore as their love is stronger than ever. DeGeneres said, "We don't really need to make it 'work.’ We just found the right person. It's corny, but she's my soul mate. She's my everything to me and I don't know what I'd do without her. There it is—that's my Valentine's Day gift."

DeGeneres and De Rossi married back in August of 2008. They tied the knot at their Beverly Hills home in front of only 30 guests.

The statements of DeGeneres came after rumors surfaced that the two are getting a divorce but because the TV host is having a “tragic health crisis,” De Rossi decided to standby her wife.

An insider shared, “She (DeGeneres) looks terrible, I hear she’s down to 98 pounds. There’s no denying that something is seriously wrong. She’s trying to enjoy life while she can.” DeGeneres’ mother had a history with breast cancer but there have been no confirmations that she is actually suffering from the disease.
