Back in February, Frankel told her fans to not believe everything they read in the media. She took to Twitter to say, "FYI, I'm dating abt 65 guys. They're all married, rich, famous & I'm pregnant w multiple babies. Oh & Guess what? I'm married too." This was during the time that she was being linked to Shields.

Frankel is still in the middle of her divorce from her estranged husband Jason Hoppy . He is the father of their six-year-old daughter Bryn. They called it quits back in 2012 after being married for almost three years.

The “Real Housewives of New York” star shared about her divorce in a recent interview, “I believe it’s nearly final. I don’t have a crystal ball. Divorces can be a living, breathing thing with two individuals, and if everyone wants to do the wise and smart thing, it will be over soon.”
