Iggy Azalea, Nick Young still engaged despite video scandal

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Iggy Azalea confirmed during the iHeartRadio Music Awards that she and Nick Young are still engaged following the video scandal that her fiancé was linked to.
According to reports, the 25-year-old “Team” rapper told Extra while at the music awards that the whole wedding thing is still on. She was also spotted still wearing the $500,000 yellow diamond engagement ring given to her by Young, 30.
Late March, an online video surfaced and it showed the Los Angeles Lakers player discussing about women including a 19-year-old girl he met at a club. He was discussing it with his teammate D’Angelo Russell, 20, who was filming the conversation and denied leaking it.
The video then sparked cheating rumors but he has not commented on it yet. He and Azalea have been dating since 2011 and postponed their wedding before the controversy.
In response to a tweet from a fan, which reads: “I'll call a U-Haul and we can have his s–t outta there in 10 min…just say the words boo!,” Azalea tweeted: “Lol, errrrr….Nick and I are good babe.”
Another fan wrote “How tragic” in reference to Azalea choosing to stay with Young despite the video scandal. The female rapper then replied saying that maybe when the person is grown and is actually building a life with someone, that person might understand why she decided to stay.
The user did not stop there as another tweet reads: "Oh wow let me die real quick." Azalea replied that people will “f**k up in your own ways too” and that relationships are hard work.
A week after the video was posted, Azalea took to Twitter to say that Russell is trending and said that she actually liked his “film.” She also thanked Russell for posting the video despite the Lakers player denying it.
Aside from talking about her relationship with Young at the iHeartRadioMusic Awards’ red carpet, the rapper also talked about Demi Lovato and her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama . She shared, “Well, [Demi and Wilmer are], like, pretty much a married couple, so I don’t know what’s taking them so long. I really want to be her bridesmaid. I want us to, like, have a whole wedding thing together. I want her to get married.”
