J.K. Rowling’s ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ sequel coming to theaters in 2018

Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – J.K. Rowling’s “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will have a sequel set to hit the theaters this 2018 and it has been confirmed by Warner Bros.

It is a known fact that “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will have two more movies following after it since it is a three-part franchise but the confirmation as to when it will be hitting theaters came just recently. Warner Bros. Pictures confirmed that the movie will be out in theaters by November 16, 2018.

According to requests, the still unnamed sequel of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will be written by J.K. Rowling and will be directed by David Yates. Rowling was the one who also penned the screenplay for the first film and Yates also directed the initial installment.

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” is the first installment of the prequel of “Harry Potter” and it stars actor Eddie Redmayne . It is yet to be released in theaters this November 18, 2016.

The plot of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” centers on the years before Harry Potter’s arrival at Hogwarts. The character of Redmayne exists in the same magical world that Harry Potter does. Redmayne plays the role of Newt Scamander , a " magizoologist” who observes rare and endangers magical creatures all over the world. He then documents them for his book and collects t hem inside his suitcase.

However, while News Scamander is in New York City, the creatures are able to escape and wreaks havoc.

Accordingly, for the sequel of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” it will be much darker as it will show the dark times of the wizarding world. Newt and the other characters will reportedly be deciding on their allegiances.
