Jennifer Aniston talks surprise from husband Justin Theroux for Thanksgiving, why she slammed tabloids

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Jennifer Aniston dropped by “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and the actress talked about getting the best surprise over Thanksgiving, which is having her husband Justin Theroux home.
The actress said during the airing of the Wednesday episode of the show that she was not expecting Theroux and thought that she will be spending the holidays alone. She shared, “My husband who has been away for almost a year, it feels, surprised me on Thanksgiving and came home from Germany.”
Aniston also said that she believed Theroux will not be there for their traditional “Friendsgiving” event the night before Thanksgiving Day. She said that the people they invited came to their home and did not understand why Theroux was not going to be there with them this year. She joked that the people the invited seemed depressed and that the mood was somber despite her efforts to make things lively.
The “Horrible Bosses” star added, “I gave the toast at the head of the dinner table, which is usually me and Justin. I gave, I guess, a very unimpressive toast where people were like ' meh , great. Let's eat.’ Then salads came out and everyone was just very somber and next thing you know, turkey walks in and there was another turkey holding that turkey. That was my hubby. He came in with the turkey.”
Aside from that, Aniston talked to DeGeneres about her opinion editorial for Huffington Post earlier this year. The essay of Aniston was about women being worthy only for marital and maternal roles. She said that she did it for herself because the “Office Christmas Party” star said that she was overwhelmed after the paparazzi followed her when she took a trip in the wake of her mother’s death.
She continued to explain, "I didn’t know what was happening. I kept thinking, 'Is Kim Kardashian behind me or something? This is very strange.' And then it turns out that (there was) another wonderful photograph … a picture of me with a bump and a circle around my stomach with an arrow pointing to it, just in this sort of, kind of objectifying way, and I was just fed up with it."
Aniston then encouraged the audience, specifically the women, to stop buying and listening to the tabloids and support each other instead.
