Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Josh Groban and “2 Broke Girls” actress Kat Dennings are reportedly no longer together after they decided to end their almost two years of dating.

An insider shared, "It was a mutual breakup. They are still friends and care about each other, but it's not the right time for them now as a couple." Neither of the representatives for Dennings and Groban have not confirmed the insider’s statement.

Dennings and Groban went public with their relationship back in October of 2014. They stepped out together at the Carousel of Hope Ball in Beverly Hills during that time. An insider shared during the event that the two looked so cute together and that they were adorable on the red carpet. Dennings reportedly whispered in his ear a lot and the couple seemed happy.

Later, Groban went on an interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and he said that he and Dennings first met due to their “nerdiness.” He gushed over Dennings during the interview calling her a brilliant and a funny person. He added that humor is such a huge thing for him so “the fact that we could talk about Monty Python and all sorts of weird other things,” he felt like they were on the same page.

Dennings also appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and she said that Groban is talented and amazing. She continued to reveal of Groban that the actor is one of those people who can sit at a piano and play anything noting that he is a genius.

Groban and Dennings were introduced to each other via her “2 Broke Girls” co-star Beth Behrs . Behrs , who recently got engaged, shared in an interview before that the two are “nerds at heart” and that both Dennings and Groban are calm, mellow, and wonderful. She added that Groban treats Dennings like a princess.

Groban is set to star in “Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812” by October while Dennings is busy with her CBS comedy series “2 Broke Girls” returning on the small screen on the same month.

They are yet to comment on the break-up reports.
