Justin Bieber under investigation for alleged headbutting incident at Hollywood restaurant

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – After a long time that Justin Bieber has been out of the public eye and has been keeping out of trouble, he is said to be investigated now for an alleged headbutting incident at a Hollywood restaurant.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed in a statement that the 22-year-old is being investigated. The sheriff’s department added, "There is an open investigation where someone inside the establishment called and said that something happened with him [Bieber] outside." What really happened and the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident remain unclear as authorities are still trying to determine the flow of events. They have not yet talked to Bieber himself.
According to reports, Bieber headbutted a man at a pre-Grammy Awards party last weekend at a Hollywood restaurant called Serafina . Accordingly, Bieber was play fighting with the former “That’s So Raven” actor Kyle Massey at around 2 A.M. on Saturday and when he got upset at somebody recording him and refusing to delete the video, he headbutted the man. It is unclear if the man who he had an altercation with is the same man who recorded him.
Police were called in the area but Bieber left the restaurant even before police came. Representatives from Serafina restaurant said, "We know very little about the alleged incident at Serafina Sunset with Justin Bieber, but we can assure you that nobody from our staff was involved, nor did we call the police. We always have pleasant experiences with Mr. Bieber whenever he comes to Serafina ."
The alleged victim is not looking to press charges against Bieber but the misdemeanor battery investigation is still active.
Bieber was not at the Grammys on Sunday. He is yet to comment.
