Kaley Cuoco finalizes her divorce from Ryan Sweeting

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting are officially divorced after “The Big Bang Theory” actress finalized the process.
The former couple originally filed for divorce back in September of 2015 citing irreconcilable differences. The two were married for less than two years. As of May 6, 2016, the couple’s divorce was finalized by the court.
The actress placed a prenuptial agreement before she got married to Sweeting . However, she is still assisting him financially in some aspects. Cuoco is awarding Sweeting up to $55,000 in legal fees.
The agreement says that spousal support will be payable and terminable meaning Sweeting will be receiving temporary spousal support amounting to $165,000 in total. The request was made in response to the divorce filing of Cuoco . The money should be paid by November 30, 2016.
As for Cuoco , she will maintain ownership over their two houses, which are located in Port Hueneme and Tarzana .
Sweeting and Cuoco got married back in December 31, 2013 after going out for a few months. There were 150 guests during their wedding at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch.
In September 2015 they announced their divorce. The statement reads: " Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage. They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter." It remains unclear what the reason is behind the split.
As for now, the actress is dating equestrian athlete Karl Cook. Cuoco started to get into horse-riding after her split with Sweeting . Cuoco and Cook have not confirmed that they are dating but they were spotted kissing last week at a gas station.
In a recent interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Cuoco said that she covered up the tattoo below her neck, which had her wedding date with Sweeting . She also shared, "You know, it's been rough, but things are going good. I'm much, much better now. I'm in a much better place than I was."
