Lady Gaga gets emotional at Oscars luncheon for being praised about National Anthem rendition

Beverly Hills, CA, United States (4E) – Lady Gaga has gotten so emotional during the Oscars annual luncheon as she was praised for her rendition of the National Anthem during the Super Bowl 50.
The singer has attended the Oscar nominees luncheon at the Beverly Hilton hotel just days after her performance. Gaga is nominated by the Academy for her song “Till It Happens To You” from the documentary “The Hunting Ground.”
At one point, newbie Oscars producers David Hill and Reginald Hudlin took to the stage to share a few words and Hill gave a shout out to the singer. Hill said that the Super Bowl performance of Gaga for the National Anthem was the best rendition he has ever heard.
Gaga was reportedly surprised by the sudden word of praises and she got quite emotional. She was reportedly overwhelmed with emotion that she had to rest her face in her hands before regaining her composure. She was spotted wiping the tears from her face.
A lot of people were also quite surprised that Gaga could sing the way she did for the National Anthem rendition and her fiancé , Taylor Kinney, also gushed about her in an interview last Monday. The “Chicago Fire” star shared, "That’s where she’s most at home, is on a stage. To see her there on the biggest one — I enjoyed it probably as much as everybody else. Yeah!"
Kinney also talked about being with Gaga as he said that he has a great job, an amazing family, and a partner he can count on. He continued, "And I think that’s the best part. I feel a lot more comfortable."
Gaga and Kinney got engaged last year on Valentine’s Day. There are no reports yet when the two will be tying the knot. As for their plans for V-Day, Kinney shared, "I think the Grammys are Sunday? Yeah, so she’ll be at the Grammys . Hopefully, we’ll get to spend some time together and we’ll figure that out, but I’m not giving away any secrets!”
