Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Lauren Conrad took to Instagram to say that she and her husband, William Tell, are expecting their first baby together as she shared a photo of her sonogram on Sunday morning.

The soon-to-be mother-of-one shared a photo of a sonogram. In the caption, Conrad wrote, "Happy New Year! I have a feeling 2017 is going to be the best year yet…” Conrad and Tell have been talking about wanting to start their own family since 2015. In blog post that year, the former “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach” reality star was asked about how many children she wants to have and she noted that she wants to have two. She said that having two children would be ideal as they would not be outnumbered.

The 30-year-old fashion designer and Tell have been married since September 13, 2014. They got married at a winery in Santa Ynez , California and it took place before the sunset. Guests were given bottles of wine for their souvenir.

After getting married, Conrad and Tell were not in a rush to have children as they also focused on their careers. In a post back then, Conrad said that her favorite thing about being married is knowing that she has a partner in life and they get to do many wonderful things together. She also shared after she and Tell celebrate their first wedding anniversary that the most difficult part of being married is compromising. She said that they want to be considerate of each other as it is no longer just about themselves but it is about them being together and sharing a life together.

It is unclear when Conrad is due and how far she is along. No other details are available regarding their first child together but many are speculating that the nursery room for the baby will be white. Conrad said in a statement before that she likes the color white because of the brightness.

More details will be available once Conrad gives an update.
