Mariah Carey set to star in new E! docu series

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Mariah Carey is set to star in her new E! documentary series and fans will get to see what goes on behind the cameras as it is an up close and personal look inside the singer’s life both off and on stage.
According to reports, the eight-part documentary series entitled “Mariah’s World” will be produced by Bunim /Murray. The show will give fans the VIP access inside the singer’s glamorous lifestyle. She is set to start her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour in the United States, Africa, and Europe and the series will be focusing on that.
In a press release, Carey shared, "I'm excited to bring my fans into my life for the next journey I'm about to embark on. I'm already having so much fun with this documentary and I know you will too. There is nothing like capturing these moments."
Aside from her performances during her tour, the Grammy-winning singer will also be followed as she prepares for her upcoming wedding to Australian business mogul and billionaire James packer. Fans will also get to see her businesses that she manages as well as motherhood as her twins Monroe and Moroccan will be featured.
Jeff Olde , the Executive Vice President, Programming & Development of E! explained that the documentary series was pitched as Carey is one of the most captivating pop superstars now as well as one of the rare artists who is instantly recognized all over the world. Olde added that they are excited to partner with Bunim /Murray Productions, Carey and Stella Bulochnikov so as to offer the viewers exclusive access into the private world of the “Emotions” singer.
Olde added, "The series will present a unique, vulnerable and surprisingly humorous side to Mariah that her fans have never before seen while showcasing her unparalleled celebrity lifestyle filled with true glamour , maximum luxury and ultimate stardom."
Carey is a five-time Grammy Award winner and has scored 18 number 1 singles in the United States. She was able Billboard’s number one artist during the 1990s . She also has a residency at Las Vegas.
