Mariah Carey shares details of wedding diet, says her goal is to get married this year

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Mariah Carey is working on her health and fitness as she is set to wed Australian billionaire James Packer, which she hopes will take place this year.
In a recent interview with “The Talk” co-host, Sharon Osbourne , Carey talked about her wedding diet. However, she did note that she is not being fit just for her big day as she wants to be fit for everything that she does especially because she is performing in Las Vegas.
She shared that she has been consistent with the bleak diet she has been on adding that the wedding is not the only thing motivating her to stay fit. She continued to tell Osbourne , "You know, it was the whole situation that made me want to try and be better for all. And then we do have to get fittings and dresses!"
Although excited about her wedding, Carey revealed to Osbourne that preparing for the big day as well as taking care of her health, performing for her Las Vegas residency, and shooting for her new E! docu series, she is a little bit scared. She pointed out that she has a lot on her plate right now.
Aside from all of these, Carey is also taking care of her two children with her former husband Nick Cannon. The five-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan are getting old too fast. In her recent GLAAD Media Awards speech, she shared that her son is obsessed with “boobies and butts.”
Care shared of her children, "They have strong personalities [and] they are pretty amazing. They make me laugh. They frustrate me sometimes. But they are great… I can't make things perfect them but I try my hardest to always make them happy."
Despite the pressure and stress from the many things she is facing right now, Carey told Osbourne that her Caesars Palace performances are great. She shared that the best thing about her “#1 to Infinity” residency are the fans since they come from all different places in the world.
Carey and Packer got engaged in January this year and now she is figuring out how they will make the wedding happen since she is really busy. Carey revealed to Osbourne that after her split with Cannon, she was not looking for love but when she started talking with Packer, they were having a good time and thought that it was nice.
The E! show of Carey, “Mariah’s World” will premiere later this year.
