Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – Mariah Carey is once again saying that she does not know another artist and this time it is Demi Lovato .

Years ago, Carey said she does not know who Jennifer Lopez and when she appeared on the latest episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” the singer talked about not knowing who Lovato is the same way she does not know who Lopez is.

Carey was interviewed by Andy Cohen recently and the Grammy winner was asked about Lovato . A fan posted a meme in the past comparing Ariana Grande and Carey. Lovato then wrote in the comments, "Mariah's a legend and she's so talented but she constantly disses people. It's nasty the way she treats Jennifer [Lopez]. Ari did nothing wrong."

Cohen brought up the comment made by Lovato and the diva answered by saying that she does not know Lovato either and so she would not say anything to her. Carey added that Lovato should come up to her, introduce herself, and tell her about her opinion because the mother-of-two believes that is the way one handles something.

Carey also told Cohen that she does not know why people are still not over the fact that she said she did not know who Lopez is. Carey told Cohen her statement was taken out of context and she is just really forgetful.

Carey was then asked about knowing Grande. The “Obsessed” singer said that she is not familiar with the “Dangerous Woman” songstress as she listens more to hip hop than pop. She did say, however, that she knows who Taylor Swift is and that they met once. Carey described the “Blank Space” hit maker as a nice and sweet girl. She also revealed that she and Lady Gaga have met in her dressing room and that she noted it as a sweet moment. As for the singer she loves very much, Carey gushed about Britney Spears.

Watch more of Carey on her E! docu-series “Mariah’s World.” A new episode will be out this January 1.
