Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – ‘Modern Family’ actress Sarah Hyland did not make it to SAG Awards this year, explains health problem
One of the stars of “Modern Family,” Sarah Hyland, did not make it at this year’s SAG Awards and she took to Instagram to say that she has problems with her health.
The SAG Awards was recently held on Sunday and the 26-year-old actress revealed in an Instagram post that she initially had plans for the event but fell ill. “Modern Family” is nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. The actress attended all the SAG Awards since 2010. If and when “Modern Family” will win the award, it will be the fifth time that the show won in that category.
Hyland took to Instagram to post a throwback photo of her during the past SAG Awards. She wrote in the caption, "Sad to say I will not be attending the sag awards today for some health reasons. So I leave you all with an adorable picture from last years @sagawards . Ps. You know my dress was gonna be turnt too." The actress did not give any explanation as to what he health problem is.
She did say in a recent interview with Seventeen Magazine that she was born with many health issues. She revealed that doctors told her mother when she was younger that she would not be able to live a normal life. During the interview, Hyland did not state what kinds of illnesses is she facing frequently.
In the snap, Hyland was seen locking lips with her longtime boyfriend, Dominic Sherwood. The snap was from last year’s SAG Awards and it was a black and white photo. During that time, Hyland wore, a strapless indigo-colored J.Mendel dress with a thigh-high slit.
