Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – “Bates Motel” Season 4 is quite promising as fans are reportedly raving over the new poster and official trailer released by the series as Norman becomes his mother Norma and this could mean the latter as well as Sheriff Romero could die.

“Bates Motel” Season 4 will reportedly see Norman transforming into his mother and to complete the process, he would have to kill his own mom. Sheriff Romero is reportedly not to be killed but he started to ask questions so Norman will feel trapped and will also murder him.

In the 20-second teaser trailer, Norma could be seen shouting as well as Norman and her pearls went down the drain. Towards the end of the video, blood was seen being mixed with water presumably in the tub and the words “We all go a little mad sometimes.” There was not much thought as to who would die in “Bates Motel” Season 4 but after the promo photo has been released, fans got an idea who might be killed off.

In the promo photo, Norman is seen wearing his mother’s pearls. Norman looks straight into the camera and gives a grin as he holds the pearls. The words “She wouldn’t even harm a fly” is also seen in the poster.

Season 3 of “Bates Motel” showed Norman cooking in the kitchen dressed as his mother and even asked his brother, Dylan, to wake up Norman. Later, Norman killed his friend, Bradley, after Norma “wanted” to speak to her. In truth, it was Norman dressed as his mother and then he killed her. Norman and the imaginary Norma held hands as they watched Bradley’s body sink in the water.

Accordingly for “Bates Motel” Season 4, Norma will be fearing for her and her son’s life because of the attitude that Norman has been showing and will do everything in her power to have him go to a facility that could help him. However, this would complicate things between the mother and son as the trust will be broken.

In an interview with Freddie Highmore , the actor playing the role of Norman, he shared that he thought season 3 was the beginning of the end where his character will be transforming into the personality from the much-loved thriller “Psycho.”

“Bates Motel” Season 4 will be coming back on A&E this March 7.
