Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – The cast of “Once Upon A Time” Season 6 has started filming and now it was reported that new faces will be introduced and new story lines making fans speculate that there might be a new savior.
One of the executive producers of “Once Upon A Time,” Adam Horowitz, recently took to Twitter to say that they are filming for the September release of the series. In the snap, it could be seen that Emma is wearing the same jacket she wore for the Season 5 finale so it is possible that there will be no time jump and fans will get to see the show picking up from the finale events.
Emma will be going to the Underworld in an attempt to save Hook. In the past, rumors have surfaced saying that other characters, the faces fans have seen in the past seasons of “Once Upon A Time” could also be appearing in the upcoming season.
A new villain will also be introduced meaning there will be new storylines to be featured. Accordingly, the character to be introduced in “Once Upon A Time” Season 6 is Mr. Hyde. He will be bringing his friends from the Land of Untold Stories to Storybooke .
Edward Kitsis recently talked about broadening the show in an interview. He shared, “What’s funny is in the pilot if you watch when Emma sees the wolf that stops her from leaving town, the book flips open and we see all these worlds. It’s time to tell new stories, broaden the show and move forward.”
Lily and Maleficent will also be featured more often in “Once Upon A Time” Season 6. The Evil Queen is also rumored to come back so there will be more trouble that the heroes will be facing.
It was revealed earlier that episode one for “Once Upon A Time” Season 6 will be entitled “The Savior.” It is unclear, however, if Emma is still the savior because many are speculating that it is Regina or someone from the group of the new characters from the Land of Untold Stories.
“Once Upon A Time” Season 6 will premiere this September 25 on ABC.
