Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Paris Jackson, the daughter of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, just landed a movie project and she will star alongside Charlize Theron and Amanda Seyfried.
The untitled flick is said to be directed by Nash Edgerton and Paris will play the role of a 20-year-old named Penny. The plot will focus on a businessman who gets involved in the crime world while he visits Mexico.
Paris has been modelling and appeared in a FOX show called “Star.” A source said that she is interested in acting. The sourced added, “If you had to put her priorities in order, it would probably be acting, activism, and modeling. She's passionate about all of them. Her modeling career is really taking off and you can expect some big announcements coming in the next month or so.”
In her Rolling Stone interview earlier this year, she noted that she will use her father’s fame to catapult her career to the top. She said, "I was born with this platform. Am I gonna waste it and hide away? Or am I going to make it bigger and use it for more important things?" This statement is in contrary to what her brother, Prince Jackson, is into now. He is more comfortable working behind the scenes as he has set up his own production company.
More on Paris, she attended her first ever Met Gala. She was spotted with the other Hollywood women who are as established as she is such as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Bella Hadid, and a whole lot more. During the annual event in New York City, Paris wore a Calvin Klein dress.
