Rob Kardashian buys property near sisters’ homes

Calabasas, CA, United States (4E) – Rob Kardashian has finally bought a place of his own as he reportedly scored himself a bachelor pad close to Kylie Jenner’s property with the help of his mother, Kris Jenner .
According to reports, the 28-year-old’s home was bought by Kris. It is a 4,256 sq . foot, four-bedroom home in the gated Oaks community. It reportedly cost $2.285 million and was bought under the family’s trust.
In a statement released by realtor Emil Hartoonian , who sells many properties in the Oaks, the area is said to be a wonderful place to live in as it allow residents to tune out of the city but still offers all the amenities that high-end communities offer. As per other reports, the home also includes a spacious office with French doors and a front porch. As for the kitchen, it is equipped with stainless steel and top-of-the-line appliances.
The dining room, on the other hand, has a butler’s pantry, double-height ceilings, and doors leading to a central courtyard. Reports also say that it contains: "A spacious family room with yet another fireplace is the perfect spot for big gatherings, opening to the private rear grounds. The property also has a swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchenette, and fire pit."
The home of Rob is also close to his younger and older siblings, Kourtney Kardashian , Khloe Kardashian , and Kylie Jenner . It was reported that Rob was kicked out of Khloe’s home so it is possible that him getting the home is due to that reason.
It is unclear if Rob will be letting his girlfriend Blac Chyna and her son move in to his new bachelor’s pad as it might cause some trouble. This is due to the fact that the model is not in great terms with the Kardashian-Jenner girls specifically Kylie.
Last February 22, Blac took to her social media accounts to say that the 18-year-old is copying her. And in February 23, Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, bashed the whole Kardashian-Jenner clan in an online rant.
