Ryan Adams and Mandy Moore are officially divorced; actress gets properties, cash

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Ryan Adams and Mandy Moore’s six-year marriage have officially ended after their divorce has been finalized wherein the two have split their properties acquired during their relationship.
As per the court documents, the divorce of the two was finalized on June 20. Moore and Adams announced their split over a year ago before it was finalized. It took over a year before the two parties came to an agreement as they initially did not come into terms with Moore’s requests such as a $37,000 monthly spousal support and wanting to care for all of their eight pets.
Last January, a source shared, "Ryan Adams and Mandy Moore have mutually decided to end their marriage of almost 6 years. It is a respectful, amicable parting of ways and both Mandy and Ryan are asking for media to respect their privacy at this time."
The latest agreements in the new documents say that neither 32-year-old Moore nor 41-year-old Adams will be receiving spousal support. Also, Moore will be keeping their Griffith Park home, their Beverly Hills condo, and their 2012 Prius . Adams, on the other hand, will be keeping his comic book collection, his various arcade and pinball machine games, a 1959 Cadillac, and a 2008 Porsche Carrera . He will also have to pay Moore $425,000 in cash.
As for their music, they will retain their respective publishing rights.
Moore has not given any interview regarding her break-up from Adams but he said last September in an interview with Beats 1 radio host Zane Lowe that his full-length cover album of Taylor Swift’s “1989”was where he channeled his heartbreak. He did not mention Moore in any way but said, "I was going through a difficult time in my life and by the time Christmas was rolling around, it was the first real time I was gonna be back in Los Angeles during the holidays, basically alone, on my own. I was totally bummed out.”
The two tied the knot back in March of 2009 in Savannah, Georgia. They do not have any children together. The two got married after dating for a year and this is the first marriage for both of them.
