Scarlett Johansson reveals how important it is to leave work for her daughter, dating again

Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Scarlett Johansson is a working mother-of-one and she said it is not always easy because she always has to put her daughter first before work and also opened up about dating again after her divorce from Romain Dauriac.
Johansson is promoting her new flick “Ghost in the Shell” and she talked about how she sometimes left production to get to her now-three-year-old daughter Dorothy. She said, "Even when I was shooting [Ghost in the Shell] I was still nursing. That is a very grounding [thing.] If you ever needed to return to yourself, that is a pretty wonderful way to come back to yourself when you go home."
She added she has to leave work stuff behind and be able to be present with her kid. The actress noted it is something she is thankful for because it is her reality at the end of the day. Johansson co-parents Dorothy with her ex-husband.
Another difficult thing for Johansson was to get back in shape after giving birth. She said her routine during that time was to get up, go to the gym, eating clean, and working a long day then making sure she gets to rest well. She added, "I actually appreciate that discipline. It helps me focus on my job. I think when you're that disciplined, the cheat doesn't really exist. You're like, ‘I earned this piece of chocolate cake. I'm going to go for it.' You don't even think about it."
As for dating again, the 32-year-old mother-of-one said on her interview on Howard Stern’s “Sirius XM” show on Monday, she is on guard because she has a daughter. She did admit that she has a certain type when it comes to men. She mentioned chefs and dropped Gordon Ramsay’s name.
“Ghost in the Shell” will be out in theaters this March 31.
