Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Rumors have surfaced recently claiming that Selena Gomez would be getting her rumored boyfriend, The Weeknd , a car for his birthday.
As per the rumors, the 24-year-old reportedly planned something romantic for the two of them for the February 16 birthday of The Weeknd . The report added, “The Weeknd may need to make some room in his garage, because Sel’s about to gift him with a sweet new ride! Abel gets very excited when he talks to Selena about muscle cars and she knows it would blow his mind if she got him a new Bugatti or Aston Martin.”
However, a representative and a source close to the rumored couple said the reports are not true. It is unclear what the two will be doing for the birthday of The Weeknd .
As for the other reports surrounding the two, reports claim that they are having problems because of the insecurities of the “Hands To Myself” singer. An insider said The Weeknd is starting to feel suffocated by Gomez and he is set to kick off his “Starboy : Legend of the Fall 2017” world tour this February 17 in Sweden and she has been asking him if he could join him. He reportedly said that set him off because he felt like things were moving too fast for them.
Another source claimed, “Selena’s paranoid that fans will be throwing themselves at The Weeknd and he’ll be tempted to stray. She’s so scared that she’s threatened to dump him if he doesn’t let her come along on tour.” It remains unknown if this report is true.
Friends of Gomez are reportedly concerned that she will end up in tears soon because of her self-sabotaging ways. She is also said to be acting crazy and The Weeknd is having second thoughts if he still wants her around.
Gomez and The Weeknd were first spotted together in Los Angeles after a romantic dinner. Weeks after, they were seen hanging out with friends then they traveled to Italy together.
They are yet to comment on the validity of the above-mentioned reports.
