Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Selena Gomez recently launched her music video for her single “Hands To Myself” and the singer released a behind-the-scenes video for it as she explained what the song is all about.

The music video for “Hands To Myself” was very much talked about by her fans as she flaunted her hot bod and even got undressed for a bath tub scene. This was by far the most revealing music video of the singer and she said that there is a hidden meaning about her single, which is one of her top three favorites from her album “Revival.”

Gomez shared, “I wanted the idea of this video to be two different versions of being in this fantasy. I think everyone can have those moments where they're dreaming of what their life could be, especially girls with love. Being obsessed with the idea, and you can't control yourself. That's what you want no matter what's happening.”

The character of Gomez in the music video was an obsessed and delusional stalker of a celebrity, who was played by model Christopher Mason. Gomez even referred to her character as a little bit psychotic as she went inside the house of Mason making it look like she and the celebrity are really romantically linked. Gomez explained that her character went around the celebrity’s home, smelled his clothes, took a bath in his shower, and even laid down on his bed and couch. Eventually, Gomez was arrested by police officials for breaking in.

She added, "You get to see these images of what people think love is. It's theatrical, it's movie-like. And all of that you end up seeing ends up being a false reality on both ends. That's what I wanted it to feel like."

As for the song itself being one of her top three favorites, Gomez said that she wants to continue making music that has the same “funk” as “Hands To Myself.”
