Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Tamar Braxton and her husband Vince Herbert are not divorcing despite recent reports that they are having marital problems as she took to Instagram to sing Mariah Carey’s “Always be my Baby” while beside her better half.

The 39-year-old “Braxton Family Values” star took both to Snapchat and Instagram over the weekend to sing the lines “You will always be a part of me, I’m part of you indefinitely.” The hit is by Carey and was released back in 1995. In the short clip, Braxton was seen smiling ear to ear and so did her husband. The caption reads: "After all these years he STILL hates when I sing in his ear #Tamar&Vince."

The divorce rumors started back in March and when she posted a cryptic message regarding relationship. She also shared a photo of her not wearing her wedding ring. The two have never commented on any of the divorce rumors that have surrounded them in the past and most recently.

The couple has been married for eight years and according to recent rumors, Herbert has been cheated on by Tamar thus the divorce. Reports say that Herbert knew about it after he hired a private detective.

An insider shared about the alleged cheating, “He doesn’t know who Tamar is anymore. He says she’s not the same woman he married eight years ago. She’s too busy going on vacations to worry about the drama at home. He has the baby and that’s the only thing he’s concerned about.”

Braxton and 47-year-old Herbert, who is a record producer and her manager, have wed years back and are parents to their three-year-old baby boy, Logan. Logan was born on June 6, 2013. The last time that the family was spotted together was during the Hollywood premiere of “Finding Dory” last June.
