Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Tarek El Moussa wants to clarify the reports regarding his divorce from Christina El Moussa after a tabloid reported that he humiliated her and he is keeping a lot of dark secrets.

The “Flip or Flop” stars were on the front page of In Touch magazine’s January 30 issue and he reportedly called his estranged wife a “wh **e.” The magazine claimed that Tarek found humor in insulting Christina using repeated verbal attacks. A witness reportedly saw the exchange between the exes and it was caught on camera. A source also told the magazine, "He said things like that all the time and then laughed about it. Tarek treated Christina like garbage."

It was also stated in the reported that the former couple hired separate publicists in the wake of their break-up. It was revealed that Howard Bragman now represents Tarek while Cassie Zebisch now represents Christina.

Tarek took to his Instagram and Twitter accounts on Wednesday to say that no matter what lies, gossips, and fake news will be thrown at him from irresponsible media outlets, he said that he will keep his focus on what matters most, which is co-parenting their children and working hard for their business.

Another insider said that Christina is overwhelmed by the changes since Tarek moved out of their home. She is now getting help from nannies as she has to juggle being a mother and working for their business.

Christina and Tarek got married in 2009 and they share two children together. They announced their split late last year saying that the split was because of the May 2016 incident when police were called to their home regarding a possibly suicidal male with a gun.

The two will continue to film for their show “Flip or Flop” but reports say that the shooting will only last until this year due to their contract obligations. The show will end after that. HGTV also said in a statement, "We admire and appreciate Tarek and Christina's great work on Flip or Flop. When it comes to matters related to their own family, we respect their privacy and honor any decision that works best for them and their children. HGTV is currently airing episodes of Flip or Flop and the series will continue production as scheduled."

Christina is yet to comment on the tabloid reports.
