Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Taylor Swift reportedly knew that Kanye West’s “Famous” single was going to be released as per a Grammy producer’s statement.
According to reports, West said that he “made that b* tch famous” and that he would want to have sex with her. Days after during the Grammys , when Swift accepted her award for Album of the Year, she seemingly dissed West saying that there will be people who will try and undercut their success and take credit for their accomplishment or fame.
Swift added, “…but if you just focus on the work and you don't let those people sidetrack you, some day when you get where you're going, you'll look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love who put you there and that will be the greatest feeling in the world. Thank you.”
However, it might not be genuine as a Grammys producer, Ken Ehrlich, said that the “Shake It Off” singer had an advance copy of the track. Ehrlich added, “She commented on it in a very funny way, she’s smart.”
Ehrlich, though, said in a statement that he misunderstood what Swift said. He added, “Under the pressure of rehearsals, rather than say that she was aware of the song, I said she had heard a track when in fact she had not and what she said to me didn’t imply that at all.”
A representative for Swift said days ago that West did call Swift about the track but did not ask for her approval but for him to release the single “Famous” on her Twitter account. Accordingly, Swift declined and cautioned him about releasing the song for its message but she was not aware of the actual lyrics “I made that b* tch famous.”
The controversy between the two artists continues as recently, a lengthy rant from West while he was backstage on “Saturday Night Live” leaked. He called Swift a “fake a**” and cursed a lot.
