Hollywood, CA, United States (4E) – “The Walking Dead” Season 7 Episode 4 showed Rick and the others back in Alexandria and how their lives have changed since Negan was introduced and the latest episode is deemed as a very different story as opposed to the past seasons.
In “TWD” Season 7 Episode 4, the gang of Negan , known as the Saviors, arrived at Alexandria earlier than expected to ransack the area and take everything. All the guns in the armory, furniture and more were taken by Negan and his guys.
Rick was shown in one of the scenes telling the survivors that he is no longer in charge and that Negan is now their boss. Rick also shared, "We give 'em what they want, we live in peace."
In the past two episodes of “The Walking Dead” Season 7, after Glenn and Abraham were killed by Negan , other characters not with Alexandria were shown. A new group was introduces showing Morgan spending time with them as well as Carol not wanting to be with a group anymore.
In “The Walking Dead” Season 7 Episode 3, Daryl was shown being tortured physically, emotionally, and mentally and his refusal to join the Saviors.
The backstory of Dwight, who is now one of the most loyal men of Negan , was introduced in episode 3. It could be remembered that in the past season of “TWD ,” Dwight and his wife plus her sister were on the run and they asked Daryl for help. In return, Dwight and his two other companions took his stuff and subsequently returned to the Saviors and asked for Negan’s help.
As per the story of Negan , he forgave Dwight and his wife but it was not as easy as that. Negan then made Dwight’s wife his wife because her sister was killed by a walker. Negan was supposed to marry the sister of Dwight’s wife. It was also explained that the scar on the face of Dwight was given to him by Negan . Dwight and his former wife both talked to Daryl begging him to just say that Negan owns him so that his suffering will come to an end.
“The Walking Dead” Season 7 airs Sundays on AMC.
