Tom Hiddleston arrives at San Diego Comic-Con sans Taylor Swift, says their romance is ‘authentic’

San Diego, CA, United States (4E) – Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift have been dating for weeks now but they were not spotted together at the San Diego Comic-Con as he arrived solo for the event to promote his new film “Kong: Skull Island.”
The outing of Hiddleston at the annual event comes after he and Swift have spent time together in Australia for the shooting of the next installment of “Thor.”
According to reports, Hiddleston was all smiles at the Comic Con as he stood alongside his co-stars for the movie “Kong: Skull Island.” He even received a standing ovation from the San Diego crowd when he arrived on stage for the panel of the movie he is promoting. He stars alongside John Goodman.
The 35-year-old British actor shared when asked about how he has been doing in the Comic-Con San Diego event, “It’s been great, man. Real good fun.” The interviewer then proceeded to ask if the “Shake It Off” songstress was with him and the actor said that he is on his own as of the moment. As per the photos, Swift spent time having a workout session at a gym in West Hollywood, California when she was not with her new man.
When asked about the new attention he has gotten from dating the ex-girlfriend of Calvin Harris by another interviewer, Hiddleston shared, “I don’t know, it comes down to being authentic. Everything you do you have to make sure you truly believe in it and as long as you know that, it doesn’t matter what anyone else says about it because the nature of being a public figure is that everyone will have an opinion about anything you do, and as long as you know why you’ve done something and you’ve committed to it with authenticity then you’re okay.”
This statement of Hiddleston is one of the longest messages he has sent out to his fans about his relationship with Swift although he did not specify his girlfriend. He has denied weeks ago that his relationship with Swift is just a publicity stunt.
Swift is yet to comment.
