Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Rapper Tupac Shakur is rumored to be alive in the latest photograph and YouTube video showing a man that resembles the dead rapper that is why fans are wondering if he really died or if he went into hiding.
The rapper was said to be brutally gunned down in Las Vegas in 1996. Reports about Shakur being alive first circulated on August 27 showing a man wearing a jacket and looks a lot like the rapper. In the YouTube video, it was titled “Tupac Is Alive New Proof 2016,” saying, “Tupac guys 100% same eyebrows and lips.”
According to analysts, the jacket that the man was wearing was released to the market only in 2012 so it is not possible that the snap was taken years prior to that or when Shakur was still alive. In the YouTube video, it also says that the photo is a selfie and was taken in 2015 on a phone that was made back in 2011.
Comments on the video showed mixed reactions from the fans. One wrote, "The guy in the thumbnail looks about the right age, but I hate to see that he's wearing a bandanna." Another said, "This isn't the nineties anymore, show me some real s***, this look like any regular old fool with a nose ring trying to pass himself off as Tupac."
This is not the first time that a conspiracy theory about Shakur being alive has been reported. Earlier this year, reports alleged that he was living a secret life in Cuba and was photographed with a supposedly Rihanna look-alike. At the time of death of Shakur , Rihanna was around eight years old.
The murder case about Shakur remains unsolved. The 20th dead anniversary of the rapper is on September.
