Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Tyga is facing another legal trouble as rumors are swirling saying that his payments for his Ferrari car have not been paid thus the latest lawsuit made against him.

The car being driven around by Tyga is a 2016 Ferrari 488. Accordingly, a man named Alex Benedict filed the lawsuit against Tyga . Benedict has been leasing the Ferrari to the rapper and made an agreement with Tyga in May to take over the payments. However, Tyga has not been paying him so Benedict had to repossess the vehicle.

Another agreement was then made by Tyga and Benedict. Accordingly, the rapper was allowed to use the vehicle until October 9, 2016. However, Tyga allegedly never returned the car so it was again repossessed in early November.

Benedict is now asking for $150,000 in damages from Tyga as well as attorney’s fees and punitive damages. Benedict’s lawyer, Ron Chini , said in a statement, “We attempted to work with Tyga and his representatives before filing this lawsuit. Unfortunately, they all but ignored our requests to return the vehicle forcing us to take action and file suit.”

As of the latest financial issue settled by Tyga , it was reported that he almost paid off the $280,000 debt he owed to jeweler Jason Arasheben . The payment was said to be made on November 28. The attorney for Arasheben , Danny Abir , said in a statement, “[ Tyga ] has made the payment as promised to the satisfaction of our client. We are done.”

Tyga and his legal team have not yet commented on the Ferrari issue.
