Los Angeles, CA, United States (4E) – Tyga will reportedly be detained if he does not address the lawsuit by his former landlord once he comes back to the United States after vacationing abroad with his girlfriend Kylie Jenner .

The rapper went to Turks and Caicos with Jenner as they celebrate her 19th birthday. He did not appear for his court date for not paying his rent and a judge then served a bench warrant.

The attorney, Boris Treyzon , representing Tyga’s former landlord, Gholamrez Rezai , said in a statement that Tyga is in major trouble and he might spend some time behind bars. Treyzon shared, “Yesterday was his day to [appear in court] and he didn’t show up. We requested the court to issue a bench warrant. The court agreed with us that his actions have been not what society demands of him, so they issued a bench warrant. Now, if he comes in contact with law enforcement, they will likely detain him and keep him detained until he posts bond.”

Treyzon continued to say that if Tyga will not be detained, dates will be set and the rapper should agree that he or a representative will be appearing in court. Tyga reportedly owes his landlord $480,285 in damages. The former landlord of Tyga also feels pissed because he was able to give Jenner a Maybach for her birthday, which costs $189,000.

Treyzon noted that the gifting of Tyga to Jenner is in violation of two things. He shared, “There is a hold on him transferring any assets while there is a judgment outstanding – that's going to be a separate action to recover that car unless the judgment is satisfied – and he's to appear in court, be placed under oath and he needs to answer questions.”

Rezai sued Tyga in 2012 after he broke the terms of their one-year contract for the lease of a home that costs $16,000 a month. Tyga also reportedly damaged many things in the home that needs to be repaired.

Tyga has not yet issued any statement about the matter.
